Google Pinyin Android 4.1 enhanced the language input and identify. But can enter only English native input method.
So we discovered that Google Pinyin input method to the voice input of Chinese is not working on Android 4.1
Google confirmed this input method, they finally released an update of its input method, and solved the problem.
