Features of Samsung Galaxy S2 Vs HTC Sensation 4G

The smartphones are getting bigger and better with time. After the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S2, the super phone expected to arrive soon in the second quarter, there seemed to be no competitor or match for the smartphone. That will change with HTC Sensation 4G’s arrival.

1. Samsung Galaxy S2

Size: S2 has a dimension of 125.3 x 66.1 x 8.5 mm and weighs at 116 g

Display: S2’s 480 x 800 pixel Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen

Memory: S2 depending on the model will feature 16 GB or 32 GB storage smartphone with 1 GB RAM and microSD up to 32 GB is supported.

Input Feature: S2 features a Gorilla Glass display, TouchWiz 3.0 UI, multi-touch input method, accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, touch-sensitive controls, proximity sensor for auto turn-off and Swype text input.

Camera: Samsung Galaxy S2 has an 8-megapixel 3264×2448 pixels camera with autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection and image stabilization features. It can capture videos 1080p at 30fps and has a 2-megapixel secondary camera.

Processor: S2 has dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 Mali-400MP GPU, Orion chipset processor.

2. HTC Sensation 4G

Size: Sensation 4G has a dimension of 126.1 x 65.4 x 11.3 mm and weighs at 148 g.

Display: Sensation 4G features 4.3-inch display with a 540 x 960 pixel S-LCD capacitive touchscreen.

Memory: HTC’s smartphone has 768 MB RAM and 1 GB internal storage capacity with a support of microSD up to 32GB and 8 GB is included.

Input Feature: Sensation are Gorilla glass display multi-touch, accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, a proximity sensor for auto turn-off, gyro sensor and HTC Sense v3.0 UI.

Camera: Sensation has an 8-megapixel 3264×2448 pixels camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch-focus, image stabilization, face detection and instant capture features. The camera can capture videos 1080p at 30fps and has stereo sound recording feature and comes along with a secondary VGA camera.

Processor: Sensation 4G has 1.2 GHz dual-core Adreno 220 GPU, Qualcomm MSM 8260 Snapdragon processor.

Samsung Galaxy S2 on the other hand is claiming to be the fastest smartphone to date with a record breaking speed test. The Russian journalist Eldar Murtazin has been running the new Galaxy S2 through Quadrant and the smartphone scored 3,053 on the Quadrant charts and other smartphones were left far behind.

Now Weblog can be setup easily even with low disk space. Bloggers can make blogs with small directory size. Lets consider a scenario of low pocket budget blogging. It is time for the optimization in Windows 7. Every now and then we hear from many users that Internet Explorer tends to get slow. So i present few steps to optimize Internet Explorer to get best performance out of it. Internet Explorer tends to get lots of resources used while internet surfing so the tuning of Internet will be for the internet surfing.

The steps are very simple and few which will help in speeding up the Internet Explorer and are mentioned as below.

1. After opening the Internet Explorer, click on “Tools” on menu bar and then click on “Internet Option”.

2. A Window will open having Internet Options. Now select “1” in the list of “Days to keep pages in history” just left of the button of “Clear History”.

Now what will happened with the Internet Explorer, it will start cleaning the history leaving one day and the rest of history burden will be automatically deleted. Hence making it self lighter.

Now come to Encyption option.

1. After opening the Internet Explorer, click on “Tools” on menu bar and then click on “Internet Option”.

2. Now click on the “Advanced” tab and check the option of “Do not save the encrypted pages to the disk” in security section.

Now not saving the encrypted pages will reduce burden on Internet Explorer. These kind of pages usually included the secured data of user names and password.

I hope these steps will help in speeding up the Internet Explorer performance.

Today i am going to look into Windows 7 and give some advices and tips for the world specially to for third world countries, which are facing Electricity Power shortage. Same like in Pakistan, there is big issue of Electricity Power Shortage. The Windows 7 definitely helps via power management in reducing the electricity consumptions.

Today even developed countries are showing their intention to preserve and consume less electricity via different sources, bulb and tube lights are replaced by energy saver bulbs and conventional chargers are replaced by rapid chargers. Even people use the car mobile charges more than chargers at home. So the knowledge has been spread all over the world that they have to save energy in order to keep the world green and environmentally clean.

Now coming toward the Windows 7 on PC and laptops. The question how much PC and laptop uses the Electricity? If the PC are not turned off at night and they are kept alive 365 days a year it will consumes double then if they are kept on hibernation.

Now with Windows XP and Windows 2000 hibernate feature, it really does not matter a lot because on back end, the operating system still on running condition and if u just click the operating system will be back online. But not in Windows 7, as if the Windows 7 kept on Hibernation the Windows 7 goes almost near to shut down and take almost same time as it will take while booting.

So Hibernation of Windows 7 should be adopted by every single user in the country specially in Pakistan.

Try to keep the PC and laptop off at night rather than keeping it on hibernation,a s hibernation still requires energy.
use Hibernate option and keep it on 45 min and for the standby time, set the time at 15 mins so that the machine will be on minimum resource usage.
Use Blank Screen saver rather than having animated or 3D affects screen savers.

I am sure that if users who lives in the country, where there is Electricity Crises, these three steps will help not only to the individual but to the country as well.

The features which are provided in the Windows 7 are amazing now here is another feature, which i explored in Windows 7 is Folder Menu option. Now Control Panel, My Documents and many other folders can be displayed with menu bar. Users can access and use the desired files in the different folders. In this way time laps can be reduced.

4. Click on ok and apply the settings. Now when u go in Start Menu, just scroll to the Control Panel adn you will see the Control Panel in menu shape.

Windows 7 will kill Windows XP – Review

It is now four months that i am using Windows 7 RC and since then i hardly turned on my PC with Windows XP. My Laptop, PC is having dual boot, having Windows XP and Windows 7 on board. But most of the time, i do not bother to work in Windows XP. The reasons are very much clear. Because of its features, appearance, stability and the compatibility with other third party tools. Windows 7 RC OS is a definitely master piece of Microsoft.

Well there is no doubts that Windows 7 is more stable then any of the OS provided my Microsoft but it also carries lots of added features and integrated software. The Appearance part is also exceptional. Specially the different of 32 to 64 bit advancement, sets the Windows 7 OS on fire.

Installation Feature:

Well Windows XP installation was bit tricky and new users can be in trouble will making partitions but in Windows 7, every thing is streamlined. The installation time of Windows XP is round about 35 to 60 min and it depends on the PC and laptop specifications but Windows 7 takes 20 to 35 min for its installation even on PC or laptop having only 1 GB RAM. Although the over all required specifications are on the higher side.

Appearance Feature:

Windows XP is having low appearance which is less attractive but Windows 7 is having much improved appearance. The resolution carrying more depth. Transparency, Slide show of Wallpapers and Theme Editor are the key feature added in the Windows 7. People can modify and make their own custom Themes.
