WordPress 3.2 Expected Soon – WordPress 3.2 Beta Release

WordPress lovers, get ready for the WordPress 3.2, as already WordPress developers released WordPress 3.2 Beta 1, which covers lots of new features, which seems good for the Blogging in future with WordPress. Only Few days back WordPress 3.1.2 was released which was one of the most awaited release, as previous 3.1 was giving little bit of problems to the bloggers, for me it was corrupted SQL, which was infected due to WordPress 3.1.

But now i am more than happy to have WordPress 3.1.2, which is improved and performing very well for my blog. So guys here is quick over view of the features, which are added inside WordPress 3.2 Beta 1 and i hope things will be much much better when WordPress 3.2 Final Release will be offered to the Bloggers.

Here’s some of what’s new:

Performance improvements like you wouldn’t believe. What’s that mean? Things are faster!

Distraction-free Writing. The visual editor’s full-screen composing experience has gotten a major overhaul, and is now available from HTML mode, too. More than ever, WordPress allows you to focus on what matters most — your content.

Admin UI Refresh. The last major redesign of the WordPress admin was in 2008. This isn’t a major redesign, just a little facelift to keep us feeling young. WordPress turns 8 later this month, you know.

New Default Theme. Introducing Twenty Eleven, based on the popular Duster theme. Rotating header images, post format support, and more.

Browse Happy. WordPress is made to work with modern browsers. If you visit your Dashboard using an outdated web browser, we’ll let you know there’s a newer version available.

Admin Bar. We’ve added more links to the admin bar to make it even more useful.

Be Aware:

WordPress has new system requirements: PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0.

Internet Explorer 6 will no longer be supported.

The favorites menu has been removed. If you’ve written any plugins that use this menu, it’s time to switch over to an admin bar placement.

Known Issues:

We haven’t updated the blue admin color scheme yet, so do your testing in the gray zone for best results.

Please Remember it is an Beta Version, so while testing it on your blog or on Local Server, all the error should be shared with World and most importantly with the WordPress Developers so that more improvement will be imparted before the Final 3.2 WordPress release.

Firefox 5 expected very soon as Firefox gearing up with 4 Rc 1

Firefox 5 release is now expected in June, where already Mozilla gearing up by releasing Firefox 4 beta 1 (alpha 1) which gives you indication of speeding up the developement process of Firefox 5 final release. After final release of Firefox 4, this Alpha release came up few hours back which give indication that how thick and fast developement of browser is getting in.

Mozilla and Firefox developers called it Nightly build version and its for testing purpose but still available for Download.
If you observed the design of new Firefox 4, it is turning out to be little similar to Chrome where tabs are opened on the top of the menu. which give indication that they are follow more or less same pattern.

Opera Barracuda 11.10 in Alpda Released

Opera released Opera Barracuda 11.10 in Alpha version, some very good features. Previously Opera Unite and the integrated version, which support the Web Server and File Server within the Browser was introduced, this time more faster and compelling Opera Browser has been released which is still in testing phase but has been released for the general public.

here are some important notes official told by the Opera Developers Team:

These changes include:

Disable Cookie2 by default, with an option to enable it again

Send more compatible Accept header on second request

Disable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 by default

Make sure redirects from http to https are labelled secure

Remove the use of master password for client certificates

Added a preference to disable cross-network protection

As we already know that iPhone IOS 4.3 will be coming soon and iPhone 4 will be released with Verizon next month. With this news on line, many rumors are coming out, some are about iPad 2 and other about iPhone IOS 4.3 Features, which can be part of IOS 4.3. There can be chance that iPhone IOS 4.3 will get Widget, same as other Android smart phones have.

Some latest iPad 2 specs leaked already, which shows that SD Card slot and display Port will be there. And Some iPhone IOS 4.3 Code leaks release of iPad 2 and iPhone 5 as well.

But for me Widgets are the feature, which iPhone 4 and other older models lacks, infront of other Smart Phones, specially against Android Smart Phones.

Latest Twitter gets Next Page Bookish Sidebar

Twitter is now heading toward upgrade now. Now the latest Twitter page got latest right handed sidebar, which briefly works as second page of book. Yeah it is not funny. Now twitter users can browse the tweets from there Timeline in very same window but it will be open in right handed sidebar, which gives you idea of Next page on right side of Book.

Yes, now you can browse from Timeline, @mentions, Retweets, Searches and List in same windows now. Here is some screenshots.

Well after attending the Lahore Tweetup-09, which was arranged by Google team (includes Rabia Gharib, Badar Khushnood) and many other sponsored icons like Dawn News, Wateen etc, it was announced that speaker has 140 tweets character. It was a good experience to have same kind of impact and experience which twitter offer on its site. But now as per some leaked news twitter is finally thinking to bring the changes to the offered character to tweet and also ready to add Location info of user of twitter.

For me as Twitter user, it will be big added feature that if i can have more than 140 character to tweet on twitter. And also the Location info with the help of Geo-tagging. The tools which will be used are latitude and longitude although for further accuracy altitude, bearing can be added for giving the edge for the accurate location of the users. Latitude and longitude coordinates will definitely add beauty to the twitter. Already Biz Stone (Twitter Founder) has announced that they are going to add the feature of location info, which will make the twitter to know the locations of their users, as they are already feeling to upgrade as the twitter users are rapidly increasing day by day. So the twitter’s official do not want their user to be bored.
