Microsoft has released RC Version of Windows Thin PC, which is now available for general public if they join the CTP (Customer technology Preview) Program. You Can join that program while going through the getting access to the Download Link for the Windows Thin PC. This is pretty much same as Apple opted for their Firmwares, where they offered the firmware in front of developers.

There is CTP Program available for those who want to get hands on this particular Windows Light version. The deployement way is there and can be read if Deployment Guide is download. SO guys if want to get hands on there are few steps.

Already OTA is in middle of the road but there some guys who are included in Developers program of Google SDK, have uploaded the GingerBread 2.3.3 and that can be easily ported in Nexus S and Nexus One.
