Recently, Facebook portal has been revamped and the design layout has been altered big time. But there is a mix response from the users of facebook. Some liked the changes and some otherwise. Basically it is human nature that it tend to get upset if big changes come across but i personally feel changes are always better. Now the reports circulating that Facebook will be getting and attracting many Media Cloud services to be a part of their portal. None of the major companies like Spotify, Rhapsody which are providing streaming facilities to the millions of users around the globe, has confirmed the participation as yet.

But hints are coming out that Facebook will open the space for these companies so that mutual business relationing will be created across the portals.

We are aware of the Spotify, Rhapsody, MOG and other like Rdio that they stream the media files, like Music, TV Shows, and Movies to their subscribed users and charge very nominal rates on monthly or Annually basis. If they come to Facebook, their viewership will going to increase and same thing will be happened for the users of Facebook.

Few of them companies already hinted the idea, How they will be going to serve on Facebook User”, where MOG founder told that they will be providing Gas Tank for the Free Subscribers to wathc shared media file, Music and Movies via Subscribed users.

Other companies will have other strategies for the Sharing Media files with Free users. Such as with reduced package plan for 7 days or few days. But having all in Facebook is definetly as advantage for the end users. SO GUYS LETS HOPE THAT THINGS WILL GET MORE INTERESTING AS THE TIME PASSES.

Enable Facebook Latest Timeline into your Account

Facebook Timeline, Biography has been announced to be launched but initially it has been kept for the developers only, which will describe the total life span which will be designed by the users to show to the world. You can say it is graphically desgined biography of the users, which will be limiting only to the Facebook Life span. It is a unique idea where new users will have clear idea about the added user, how he has progressed with the Facebook and in what kind of activities he or she remained involved in.

This particular feature is in developers preview you can say it is in beta testing phase, where few bugss will be there, smoothness lacks. Users cannot share the Timeline with other for this point, and if you login with different Machine, the feature of Timeline will be turned off because you cannot have same API installed on others.

So with having some limitations you can still enable Timeline Feature from developers Area.

How to Enable Timeline Fetaure in Facebook

1. Login into Facebook Account.

2. Go to Search Box and Write “Developer”, incase if you are not a developers you have to create and enable developer account / mode.

3. Go to the Developer App and it can be found from this Link.

4. Now create an App and name and Namespace (please make sure you do not use caps because they are not allowed)

5. Now once done, click on “Get Started using Open Graph” which can be found just under “Open Graph Header”

6. Now you will be ask to create test action for your created App. Just as “Read” or “Book”. it can be anything.

7. Now when you tested it next page will rbing you to the Configuration Page go through that and also next three pages of settings as well.

8. Once you go thorugh those configuration pages and setting pages you will be asked to Save the setting, click on “Save and Finish”. YOU ARE DONE because you will be asked to try the Timeline feature in few minutes inviting you to try out that…. Try it out…. and Do not get frustrated because, your Timeline will eventually shared with you friends and family in upcoming days for sure…

Why not Age of Empires comes to Facebook if Farmvillie is there??

Recently i heard that Civilzation Game is coming to Facebook by Zynga, but having history of Gaming experience, i was thinking why Agr of Empires instead of Civilization Game. FarmVille already rock even rocked the females users more than Males, but if Farmville is part of Facebook why not Age of Empires? This particular question is circulating in my mind since i heard Civilization Games Release by Zynga on Facebook soon.

For those let me introduce and show you some of the screen shots of Greatest Game form ancient times, which rock the Multiplayers gaming at the era of Pentium 3 and Pentiums 4 in year 2005, Oct. But this game does not require any 3D accelerator Graphic Cards. The game was not good at graphics but not much lesser than Farmville and cityville, where lots of time has been spent by ladies for no money and no real competitive factor at all. There is whole story behind the game, to make your nation stronger via making economic growth and then onto build strong army to have strong hold in the area is the main idea and them advance to other by conquering others…. i get hundreds of invitations every day but i am only going to accept if Age of Empires III hits the Facebook….

Game has lots of good point and also have that Competitive edge which Farmville and Cityville do not have. i Hope developers of Zenga and other developers at Facebook will be considering my and other gamers on earth request.

Secure your Facebook account – Security Flaws Identified Again

Facebook Developers Team is working day and night or may be only at day time, but Flaws and other issues are still coming out. This time it Authentication Security Flaws has been highlighted where Facebook users profile details are being intruded by several Marketing Companies and they are creeping inside each members profile without any authentication.

Few days back i got the Authentication Message to ensure and Password and other secondary email was asked by the Facebook and proceed further and provided the relevant information to get access. I was not sure, why that happened but after the Official Facebook Developer spoken up, i realize that it was due to some Authentication Flaw and Facebook was check in, whether the person who is signing in is the right person…

So guys, it is highly recommended that You should be changing your accounts password on weekly basis and your password should not covers the letters from the last previous password.

This is the only way you can stop people and other hackers from creeping inside. be Safe

Facebook with Email Service with fb.com – would it Work???

Facebook working and settling to launch his own Web based Email Service, under the domain fb.com. This is still a news and widely under discussion as well. But Question will remain, would Email Service of Facebook Team work and can it stands in front of Google’s Gmail, Yahoo Mail or Microsoft’s Hotmail. Yes Facebook Mail will have tough competition coming ahead.

There are numbers of different un famous email services, sify and other different portals, but three big giants are still Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo Mail.

All are having Video / Voice and text chat attached whether it is in tact externally or internally and so far Facebook only have text Chat attached to their one of the biggest Social Networking Portal and also have some glinches. but the biggest challenge will be from Google because, it has Video/Audio and Text Chat all within the same Frame, so putting everything inside one frame of work is something which user want to have.

So Lets see how it comes out and turn out for Facebook Email service.

Facebook Photo Uploader !!

Recently i was planing to upload some of my Picture into Photo Album at Facebook and suddenly, as application called Facebook Photo Uploader popped up. Then i realized that Photo Uploader is the new Application for the Users to Upload the Images, Pictures and Photos on Facebook Photo Album. The Experience was nice. Through it once it is downloaded users can upload as many picture as they like on Facebook.

Facebook Photo Uploader seems to have different features but the prime function and feature which i like is easy uploading of pictures, imagies and photograph which we usually pick and share with our family member. Application Facebook Photo Uploader can be good addition, to all the application which are already been provided with the Facebook account to their users. It is Freeware which users can download application onto its system.

The Woirking of this Freeware, Facebook application is very simple and it si better then Java Application whcih was used by the Facebook for uploading Photos.
