Unlock iOS 5.0.1 on iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 & 3GS not possible so far

It is again my personal experience that people are going toward iOS 5.0.1 and also searching for the Unlock but so far Unlock iOS 5.0.1 on iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 and 3GS is not possible so far. Semi tethered and untethered Jailbreaks are there people are bother for the full Tether and Unlock for iOS 5.0.1 more. During physical market search for the Unlocker tool for iOS 5.0.1 i was unsuccessful because Unlocker for iOS 5 is evident but for the IOS 5.0.1 is not possible for sure right now.

Well, Previously i compared iPhone 4S with Samsung Galaxy S but now this time iOS 5 and Ice Cream Sandwich of Android are in state of war between each, who will be fighting side by side with iPhone 4S vs Samsung Galaxy S 2. Earlier in the WWDC June 2011, it was announced that iOS 5 will be coming out with more then 200 features introduced and but no big numbers of features are added or attached for the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0. Well i have already questioned the audience that Would Apple release iOS 5.1 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPad to Port Siri App inside. Would Apple release iOS 5.1 for iPhone 4 supporting Siri??

I have just heard that iPhone 4 is now ported with Siri Voice Assistance, which is basically a prime feature of iPhone 4S. Now this thing is for sure that it can only be done having piracy controls broken. Once told earlier that it is not possible legally because some files must be ported in order to use Siri on iPhone 4 and i think same thing has been done.
