Their is lots of new about the Android 4.1 Source code. As we all know the jelly bean source code has been open so android 4.1 officially joined the Google Android open-source projects. Source tag version number of the android-4.1.1_r1. Development branch, code-named jb-dev.
Proprietary binary code has been published in the Nexus 7 and Galaxy Nexus Nexus S and Xoom will also be out soon.
