Microsoft Social Networking Portal vs Google+ vs Facebook

Well previosuly it was competition between Facebook and Google+ but now gues what who is entering. It is Mircrosoft, who is getting ready to enter into Social Network Portal war. Recently via Socl.com, Mircosoft Leaked its upcoming Social Networking Login Page, which confirms that Microsoft is cooking its own Social Networking Portal and will be fighting hard to gain its share in this Social Networking Websites market.
Now there are some points which i think Facebook is now going to face, when its comes out via Microsoft and Google and they can hit hard at Facebook not at Google+ because Google is having almost same kind of background to that of Micrsoft.
1. Already Having Users with Email Service:
Like Google, Microsoft already had huge numbers of users, who are using Email service on Hotmail and Live Mail service and Google had the same kind of situation where they have huge numbers and they recently hit the 10 Million users mark. Both have edge over Facebook.
2. Having Video and Voice Calling Feature:
Microsoft and Google Both have Video and Voice Calling feature, Microsoft has it via Msn Messenger Intergration and Google has Google Talk and Facebook launched the Video Calling just few days back.
3. Different Portals Integration:
Like Google, where Google has the intergation of Gtalk, Search Engine, Buzz, Maps and other service, Microsoft can have similar kind portals available for Microsoft Social Network Portal such as, Hotmail, Feeds, Bing as search engine and many more thing like Microsoft can induct Blogging inside Their Social Networking Portal via Windows Live Writer.
There are three critical points, on which Facebook will be the first who will get furious hit by the Google+ and then by upcoming Microsoft Social Network. So the game is on and heat is on where two giants will be fighting against Facebook.
