Latest iPhone IOS 4.3 release very soon

We are all gearing up for the iPhone IOS 4.3, already beta version of iPhone IOS 4.3 are there for the developers but general public is still to get hands on latest iPhone IOS 4.3. many features are already under discussion and most hot feature will be Hotspot, through which iPhone IOS 4.3 will be giving out WiFi signals for other devices.
The expected release date was 15 of this month means it was 15 feb which was rumored around on different blogs, but today at 9to5Mac stated that iPhone IOS 4.3 release date is shifted to 28 Feb, which again provide the Apple and the IOS 4.3 developers to gain some more advantage over others. here is the screen shot which they eventually got from the web. This below mentioned picture is taken from a german website, where the daily news are updated on their magazine.
