iPhone 5 with or without Keyboard

Apple product are about to take over Nokia may be in the next quarter but they are still seeking to differentiate their own products from others. Initially they designed touch keyboard for their iPhone fleet now again, it is rumored around the globe that iPhone 5 which is expected and rumor to be launch in the mid of this year will have physical keyboard.
This does not seems to be happening, because, if this happens, the iPhone 5 will be more heavier and fatter than the iPhone 4, which i think will not be a good move and iPhone users, who like to have lighter and slimmer smartphone in their hands, will certainly not going to enjoy it.
But yes putting more RAM and better speedy processor, users will have interest in the iPhone, as it make iPhone 5 to work and serve with more pace.
One more thing is rumor around and that is big or smaller thing. Digitimes that iPhone 5 will get bigger screen same as HTC HD 7 has. This will prove competitive with the HD7. Thats what they think but not me, for me there should Gorilla Glass screen, which will make iPhone 5 more realiable and tough and the real Retina Display screen should be introduced rather pushing the screen to 4 inch limits.
Already it has been announced that Samsung Galaxy S 2 will comes out with 4.3 Inch screen, so does it means that iPhone 5 or iPhone 6 will come out with more bigger screen than Samsung Galaxy S 2.
