Recently Dev Team, launched PwnageTool 3.1.5 to unlock iPhone 3.1.3 OS. With PwnageTool 3.1.5, iPhone 3.1.3 OS can be unlock very easily. PwnageTool 3.1.5 is only works on MAC, not on Windows Operating system. Earlier, RedsnOw 0.9.4 and other Jailbreak were serving but now PwnageTool will also serve but only for MAC users.
Initially RedsnOw 0.9.4 and UltrasnOw via Cydia were busy in unlocking iPhone 3.1.3 OS. Old Baseband. But still 05.11.07 Baseband iPhone 3.1.3 OS cannot be Jailbreaked, so users of 05.11.07 Baseband will have to stick with iPhone 3.1.2 OS. Rest of the party can switch to latest OS.
There is hardly any good updated feature in OS 3.1.3 but still tends to move on with latest version.
