Tattooing and body piercing known as part of the body arts are not new, as they have been practiced by various cultures for thousands of years. The tattooing machine was invented in the early 1890s and contributed to the increased popularity of tattooing in the United Kingdom and United States in the early part of the 20th century.
Introduction:
It is an ancient art, it was popular specially in tribes or in Amerindian tribal people. These days piercing and tattooing is widely spread in Asian countries as well as in western countries. Adopting western trends, the number of teenagers having their forearms tattooed with their nicknames and initials and their body pierced with metals has increased. Despite some taboos surrounding tattooing, the art continues to be popular in many parts of the world. These days it is become a fashion statement or so called a status symbol to pierce your body parts and have tattoos on different parts of your body.

Expert’s Thoughts:
Though, health experts have warned about the hazards associated with this practice, tattoos have over the years turned out to be the most stylish fashion statement in the West and have also crept into our part of the world. Tattoos are also associated with rebellious behavior and that is why most parents all around the world disapprove the trend.
Experts believe that like most forms of beautification, there are inherent risks associated with the acts of tattooing or piercing the skin, such as dangers to physical health and risks involved with the choice of body site, tattoo design, physical and psychological environment, financial cost, and age. Those going for this adventure have absolutely no idea what precautions need to be taken.
The most common method of tattooing in modern times is the electric tattoo machine, which inserts ink into the skin via a group of needles that are soldered onto a bar, which is attached to an oscillating unit. The unit rapidly and repeatedly drives the needles in and out of the skin, usually 80 to 150 times a second. This modern procedure is ordinarily sanitary.
The needles are single-use needles that come packaged individually. The tattoo artist must wash not only his or her hands, but they must also wash the area that will be tattooed. Gloves must be worn at all times and the wound must be wiped frequently with a wet disposable towel of some kind. It has been learned by that to get a tattoo, all one needs is some money and mental preparation to bear the slight pain of a pinprick.
As we all know that carving on skin carries lots of health risk in any case so its better to choose temporary tattoos instead of permanent tattoos.because its very hard to remove a permanent tattoo because tattoo removal can be done only through a laser surgery.
Review and Recommendations:
So its up to you that what would you choose for yourself a permanent tattoo or a temporary tattoo. But as far as my recommendations are concern, Tattooing and Body piercing should be ban for the Kids and Young Teenagers till the age of 18, as it is very harmful for the young skin and Everyone should abstain themselves going for the permanent Tattooing Art.
Have a safe and healthy life!!!
