After Ashes Cricket 97, this version of the games will make comeback in the gaming industry on 7th August, 2009 this year with the Name ASHES CRICKET 2009. In the last 5 year, codemaster released Brian Lara 2005 and Brian Lara 2007. the second Brian Lara International 2007 was better then the 2005 version. It had less bugs and flocks then the previous version and now Codemaster is ready to rock the cricket world with another big Game, Ashes Cricket 2009.
Ashes Cricket 2009 will be based on the current upcoming Ashes Tour of Australia to England. Match venues will be the same which will be going to play in this year. Players names, detail and the profile will be loaded in the game as per current status at Ashes tour 2009 in England. The Game will be launched for all the possible gaming station including PC users. Other Gaming Stations we mean, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360. Codemaster always try to launch different featured games, just as they did in the past. After Ashes Cricket 97, they launched Brian Lara Cricket 99. Which set the tone at higher note. - Free Hit feature added which is included as per ICC rules and regulations.
- Australia and England both have license Teams features in the game.
- Includes T20 tournments and all the rules are as per ICC Rules for Cricket Play.
- Power Plays are added for the all the games in Cricket, for One Day Three major power play, for T20 one Power Play session added.
- Pitches and grounds conditions are totally based on the Country, Venues, Cities.
- For Australian Ground majority of the Pitches are fast and bouncy.
- For England, mostly seeming pitches are added with respect the Game mode. If Test match then wear n tear will be according to the grounds venue.
- For crumby pitches Westindies and Srilanka and for the spining Tracks, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh are added.
- Same it will go for the Newzealand and South Africa.
- Crowd detail is amazing as the match progresses the biulding up of crowd can be seen.
- Crowd reactions on the situation departure of the lossing team can be view in the Game.
- Stamina level feature is added which will work almost same for the cricketers and it will vary with respect of Test Match and One Days as well.
- Hawlk eyes and other automation and system featured technologies will be added.
